Return, Pre-order & Price Match Policy

Returns & Refunds

At Range Arts, we strive to provide accurate product information and personalized service to help you make the right purchase. The following policy outlines which items are eligible for return and which items are considered final sale.

Final Sale – No Refunds or Exchanges

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

• Firearms (once transferred or removed from the store)
• Ammunition, primers, and powder
• Optics, including scopes, binoculars, and sights
• Pre-orders and special orders
• Gift cards
• Clearance, sale, and discounted items
• Any item that is not in original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts due to customer handling

Eligible Returns

Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or store credit, at Range Arts' discretion, subject to a 15% restocking fee.

• Original receipt required
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Pre-Orders

Full payment is required at the time of order.

Pre-orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Additional Conditions

Returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above may be refused. Where a return is approved, Range Arts may provide a refund or store credit at its discretion.

Defective, Damaged, or Warranty Claims

If an item arrives damaged, is missing parts, or is believed to be defective, please contact Range Arts as soon as possible at picasso@rangearts.ca.

Manufacturer warranties vary by brand and product. Where applicable, warranty claims may be handled directly by the manufacturer. Range Arts will assist customers in identifying the appropriate warranty process where possible.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights regarding defective products under applicable consumer protection laws.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us at picasso@rangearts.ca.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Price Match Policy

At Range Arts, we believe in offering competitive pricing and excellent service. If you find the same item advertised for less by another authorized Canadian retailer, we'll do our best to match it.

Eligible Price Matches

To qualify, the item must be:

• Identical (same manufacturer, model number, calibre, colour, finish, size, etc.)
• Brand new and factory sealed.
• Currently in stock at both Range Arts and the competitor.
• Sold by an authorized Canadian dealer.
• Advertised at the time of the request.
• Available for immediate purchase (not backordered or pre-order unless our item is also a pre-order).

Proof Required

Customers must provide proof of the competitor's advertised price, such as:

• Website
• Flyer
• Email advertisement
• Printed advertisement

We reserve the right to verify pricing and inventory before approving a price match.

Shipping

For online competitors, shipping charges will be included when comparing prices if shipping is not already included in the advertised price.

Price Match Timing

Price matches must be requested before completing your purchase.

Once an order has been placed or payment has been completed, price matching is no longer available.

Price Match Exclusions

Price matching does not apply to:

• Clearance or liquidation sales
• Closeout items
• Going out of business sales
• Bankruptcy sales
• Auction websites
• Marketplace sellers (Amazon Marketplace, eBay, etc.)
• Used, refurbished, demo, or open-box items
• Private sales
• Special orders
• Limited quantity offers
• Doorbusters
• Flash sales
• Black Friday, Boxing Day, Cyber Monday, Prime Day, or similar promotional events
• Coupon codes or promotional discounts
• Bundle offers or "buy one, get one" promotions
• Loyalty or membership pricing
• Pricing errors or typographical mistakes
• Mail-in rebates
• Rain checks
• Gift card promotions
• Financing promotions
• Government pricing or contract pricing

Additional Conditions

• Price matching cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount.
• Taxes are calculated after the price match.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities.
• We reserve the right to refuse any price match that would result in selling below our cost or where pricing appears to be an error.
• Final approval of all price matches rests with Range Arts management.
• We reserve the right to decline price match requests at our sole discretion.
