Shipping Policy

At Range Arts, we work to get your order to you safely, securely and as quickly as possible. The following terms apply to orders shipped within Canada.

Standard Shipping & Free Shipping

Range Arts uses UPS as our standard shipping carrier.

Where an order qualifies for Free Shipping, Free Shipping applies to eligible standard UPS service.

PO Boxes and certain remote or extended-service areas require alternate shipping methods and are excluded from Free Shipping offers. Oversized, overweight, or other orders requiring special handling may also be excluded from Free Shipping.

If additional shipping charges apply to your order, we will contact you before shipment. You will have the opportunity to approve the additional charge before your order is shipped.

Firearms & Regulated Products

Firearms and other regulated products are shipped only in accordance with applicable Canadian laws and carrier requirements.

Customers are responsible for providing all information and documentation required to complete the sale and shipment. Orders will not be shipped until any required licence or other information has been verified.

Certain products may require an adult signature, proof of age, proof of identity, or other verification upon delivery.

Ammunition

Ammunition is excluded from Free Shipping and is subject to carrier restrictions. Range Arts uses UPS to deliver Ammunition and may be subject to additional shipping or handling charges.

Where additional charges are required, we will contact you before shipment.

PO Boxes

UPS does not generally deliver to PO Boxes. Orders addressed to a PO Box will require an alternate shipping method and are excluded from Free Shipping offers.

If possible, please provide a valid physical delivery address when placing your order. If alternate shipping arrangements are required, Range Arts will contact you before shipment with the available options and any additional charges.

Remote & Extended-Service Areas

Certain remote and extended-service destinations cannot be served using our standard UPS shipping service. These destinations may require an alternate shipping method and are excluded from Free Shipping offers.

Additional shipping or freight charges may apply. If they do, Range Arts will contact you before shipment and obtain your approval before proceeding.

Oversized & Overweight Orders

Oversized or overweight orders may be excluded from Free Shipping and may incur additional freight or handling charges.

If additional charges apply, Range Arts will contact you before shipment and obtain your approval before proceeding.

Shipping Times

We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Delivery estimates are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, remote destinations, regulatory requirements, time taken to communicate with you, product availability, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking information will be provided where available once your order has shipped.

Shipping Insurance

Where optional shipping insurance is offered at checkout, customers may choose to purchase additional coverage for their shipment. We particularly recommend considering additional coverage for high-value orders.

Any insurance coverage is subject to the terms, limits and exclusions of the applicable carrier or insurance provider.

Damaged, Lost or Missing Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, or tracking indicates a delivery problem, please contact Range Arts as soon as possible. Keep all packaging and shipping materials, as photographs or inspection of the packaging may be required to make a carrier or insurance claim.

We will work with you and the carrier to investigate shipping issues and determine the appropriate next steps.
